Cancellation Policy.

Being an independent service provider and small business, I rely on you coming in for your booked appointments. Reminder emails are sent out 72 hours before your booked appointment. I require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any reschedules or cancellations.

  • Cancellations/reschedules within a 48 hour period of the appointment will be charged 50% of the booked service

  • Cancellations/reschedules within 12 hours of your booked appointment and no-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service

  • Three cancellations/reschedules in a row will require a deposit before booking future services

I understand life can get busy and the unexpected can happen, if you need to cancel or reschedule please try to give me as much notice as possible. Thank you for your understanding and support!

A credit card is needed to book online however you will not be charged at the time of booking. Credit card information will be held solely for No-Show Protection and will not be saved for future payment or future bookings unless you agree to.
